GUIStuff Donations
This website, like many of its kind,
offers free resources for webpage design and site building. It does not ask for
personal information, nor does it ask to sign up in order to use its resources
and services. This way, it may be used for educational purposes by direct
reference to the site's URL's. We completely intend this site's resources to be
available free of charge, especially for non-profit and educational purposes.
The limitations this structure places upon our ability to finance ourselves are,
however, substantial. We offer complete layered graphics source files for
download, as well as server-generated graphics and Flash files. It is quite
common for a keen user to consume 8MB of bandwidth in one visit. At that amount,
usual advertising can only make up for so much of the hosting costs.
Donations
If you have benefited from this site's resources, and feel that it has been
worth the value of $1, and you are of age,
then all we ask is that you consider donating that $1
in favor of keeping these resources available and free for future users of
GUIStuff.com. The donation is confidential, and doner information is dealt with
by a large, well-known third-party system PayPal. Doner information is not
stored or kept in any way. Your E-mail and personal information will be used for
nothing else other than the donation.
Larger contributions
For those users who feel they've gained value, knowledge, technique, or method
they feel they are willing and able to repay with more than
$1, we would be more than grateful to accept
donations up to $10. That's not to say that
it's either one or the other... Remember that $2
is already double the usual donation.
